About Sandra Minnick

A native of Stamford, Texas, and now an Abilenian for over 30 years, knowing the market comes natural for me. Serving all 22 counties in the Big Country area, my experience brings 12 years of residential, commercial, land and investor real estate buying and selling knowledge.

With my husband being a Veteran, I am very familiar with relocations and have valuable firsthand knowledge in the realm of moving and buying/selling homes. Whether financing VA, FHA, Conventional or other, I am empathic to clients' challenges and work diligently to help them achieve their objectives in working with lenders.

Focusing on quality over quantity, I enjoy taking my time to attentively listen to my clients' needs, making every effort to find a home they will truly adore. When it comes to selling, I treat every one of my listings like it's a million-dollar home. Professional high-quality photography, creative marketing strategies and extensive social media presence. I make sure every client’s home is at its absolute best in featuring them.
